Gang Sheet Policy — Please Read Carefully
If you choose to use the Gang Builder, you are fully responsible for reviewing and approving your own layout before submission. E&J Custom Direct to Film LLC will print your gang sheet exactly as it is submitted.

If an error is present on your design and was not caught before submission, no credit, refund, or reprint will be issued. You are in complete control of your own work — our team does not edit, adjust, or correct files created through the Gang Builder.

If you would like E&J to gang your files for you, a $7 service fee will be added to your order ticket.

With yamboree coming soon. We will only be creating our own images. If you have your own image we would need proof that you have paid your fees. That being said we will not create any yamboree designs for customers only our own. Thank you E&J

Logo File & Printing Policy
If you provide a screenshot or shared image instead of an original PNG file for your logo, please note that the image may appear pixelated or blurry when printed. A design fee will apply if we need to recreate or refine the logo to achieve a print-ready file.

If you choose to proceed with the provided image as is, E&J will print it without adjustments, and no refunds or credits will be issued for image quality.
