I didn’t realize envelope shipping was such a controversial topic in the card world 😂

The other day I posted about having success selling Pokémon cards on eBay, and a few people immediately jumped in acting like shipping lower-end cards in a plain white envelope was some crazy idea.

So here’s the friendly reminder:

For raw cards under $20, PWE is very normal. It’s not a shortcut. It’s not “noob” shipping. It’s basically standard operating procedure for a lot of sellers moving lower-dollar singles.

When done correctly — card protected, secured, packed cleanly, and shipped with care — it works. My feedback speaks for itself.

Not every card needs a bubble mailer. Not every $3, $5, or $10 card can be shipped like a $200 card and still make sense for the buyer or seller.

There’s definitely a right and wrong way to do PWE, but the idea that “envelope = bad seller” is just not accurate.

The new venture has been killing it on eBay! Started listing Pokemon cards on March 17th, and 69 days later we hit 300 sales.

Can’t wait to see what the actual first 90 days have to show!

I'll be having quite possibly my last Whatnot show every (at least as an "everything" reseller)

As some my followers know, I've niched down into mostly trading cards and some 90s-00s nostalgia items on eBay.

Well, I have a lot of untouched inventory that has never been listed anywhere and it's time for it to all go. I'm sure there will be steals all night.

Hit the $2k mark in just under 60 days! Not bad for some low to mid tier shiny cardboard.

Having one kind of thing to ship rather than the spontaneity of being an everything seller makes my brain happy. It’s a lot easier to manage with a full time job and an infant at home.

Have you considered niching down, or are you enjoying having a variety of things to source and sell?!

I know many of y’all that follow me aren’t local, but if you happen to be in the area looking for a place to stay, I can’t say enough good things about M57 Farms.

This was our second time back due to far doctor appointments for the little one, and holy cow we couldn’t have predicted what was going to happen.

We were watching Michigan Storm Chasers while also keeping a close eye on the radar when all of a sudden the sirens went off.

Adam and his family didn’t hesitate to let us into their home to take shelter while a tornado passed by no less than 100ft from their place.

We already loved it here, but this solidified them and their farmstead as one of our favorites. You can find them on Airbnb and make sure to give them a follow!
