Dear Greenbriar II Homeowners:

The Annual Community and Election Meeting for the Greenbriar at Thornbury II Community Association will be held on Tuesday December 10, 2024 at 6:00 PM in the Thornbury Township Building, 6 Township Road, Cheyney PA 19315.

The purpose of the meeting is to elect (1) owner to the Board for a term of office of two (2) years. The term that Thomas Maffetone has filled is currently up for election. Thomas has been a board member for several years and will not be running for another term. A big thank you, to Tom! His leadership, contributions and commitment to the community have been invaluable.

To the woman in the Honda Rav4 who honked and cackled at me this evening “ I saw you taking down signs”; yes you did see me taking down my real estate signs as is required at the end of an open house (illustration below).

Every weekend I do an open house here in and these same signs are put up, and then taken down by yours truly (for the past 20 years I’ve been selling homes here).

Apparently she thought different and did not notice the large bold white lettering “Open House” with my name also on it as well as the REALTOR themed license plate and frame on my truck, and also did not notice the numerous political signs still in place as they have been for the past weeks in the same location.

Rant over, but I sure hope the woman is on here, sees this post and uses a bit more thought and common sense next time around before harrassing a hard working REALTOR just doing his job for my home seller client and trying to make a living.

I found this in our driveway today; how they managed to get a nail this far over is beyond me but seems very careless. Ive learned to constantly visually sweep our driveway thanks to this roofing and gutter project but am perplexed that roofing nails are ending up this far away from the roofers working
