Every cut, transition, and graphic you just watched was done by Claude inside Premiere Pro.

It opened Premiere, cut all the footage, generated the graphics, and edited the whole video itself. I'll let you be the judge of how well it did.

You don't need keyframes or adjustment layers anymore. The technical side of editing is getting replaced by AI. All that's left is the creative side.

Real talk though — it's not really "AI." It's an automotive-grade chip tracking your posture in real time and auto-adjusting. Still cool, just not what the marketing says. Manual mode's there too if you want control.

Every AI guru is hyping "build a second brain with Claude + Obsidian" right now. First time I saw it, I thought it was the biggest waste of time I'd ever seen.

So I skipped the gurus and went straight to Karpathy's original GitHub — and built it the right way. Real, meaningful connections between ideas, hooks, and topics.

Then I tested it: can it actually come up with good content ideas? Can it actually script videos? The results weren't what the gurus want you to believe.

This'll save you hours instead of burning time on the AI slop everyone's pushing.

I just replaced my $2,000/mo content research team with one Claude skill — took 30 minutes to set up.

Drop 5 of your favorite channels into a list, say "run the YouTube competitor research flow," and it scrapes a week of content from every channel (completely free with yt-dlp), pulls each creator's top 3 performers, and scores every video's breakout vs their channel average so you see exactly what's blowing up.

Then it spawns a sub-agent for every video to break down the thumbnail, title, and packaging — so you know exactly WHY it worked.

It's literally never been easier to blow up on social media.

Claude this, Claude that — but where does AI actually belong in content creation?

I tier-ranked every step of the content process by how good AI actually is at replacing it:

Research — S tier. Pure busywork. Set list of accounts, scrape, find the winners. Zero creativity needed.
Ideation — C tier. Fresh, novel ideas are the highest-leverage part of the whole process. Keep it human.
Scripting — B tier. Great at the rough draft, but you still need to humanize it.
Filming — C tier. For personal brands there's not much AI can do (yet).
Editing — B tier. I still edit end to end — AI generates the supporting visuals, I cut them in.
Thumbnails — S tier. If you're not using AI for thumbnails… what are we doing?
Posting — S tier. My auto-poster transcribes the video, writes the caption, and distributes everywhere.

And yes — this exact post went out through that auto-poster.
