Recipes, “what I eat,” macros, high-volume meals… these get 3x more reach than training content. Not my rules — it’s just the data.

💬 Comment CTAs are cracked
You can 3.6× your comments by literally saying “comment X.” Lead magnet optional. Just give them a reason to engage.

💰 The conversion formula is stupid simple
High-value video → comment CTA → nurture in DMs → show proof → soft CTA to a call. That’s it. Works every time.

📖 Storytelling = buyers
Identity + lifestyle content builds trust way faster and makes sales way easier. People buy from people they vibe with.

It turns a raw intake call into a 15–20 page strategic plan in 20–30 minutes.
