East Umatilla Fire and Milton Freewater Rural had a large fire in the Helix - Stateline area. Radio traffic stated many units on scene including several Walla Walla agencies. One truck was burned up, firefighters made it out safe and were helped by other trucks. One firefighter went to the ER for smoke related illness. Sounds like it's mostly out now with hot spots in the black. The fire was wind driven.

Fire is on Armon Steet-in Weston, stay clear of the area.

West winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. Relative Humidity as low as 5 percent.
