Rebecca and Lucy the Therapy Dachshund spent time today visiting the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Home in Reserve, sharing love, joy, and a few wagging tails with the incredible heroes who have served our great nation. 🇺🇸❤️

There’s something truly special about watching Lucy light up a room and seeing the smiles she brings to the veterans who gave so much for all of us. Thank you to these brave men and women for their service, sacrifice, and strength. We are honored to spend time with you. 🐾💙

🐶 Therapy Dog Visit Alert! 🐾
Lucy the Therapy Dachshund had the best day spreading smiles and wagging tails at Legacy Nursing and Rehab of Plaquemine! 💕

She made new friends, soaked up all the love, and reminded everyone that sometimes the best kind of therapy comes with four paws and a happy heart. 💙

Thank you to the amazing staff and residents for welcoming Lucy with open arms — we’ll be back soon for more tail wags and cuddles! 🐾

They are absolutely amazing — so kind, gentle, and patient with me. I always feel like a superstar when I leave (and I smell pawsitively fabulous, too! 🌸).

As she grows, Lucy is becoming more and more amazing at sensing how people are feeling 💕 and knowing just how to comfort them 🥰. She truly has a gift for bringing smiles and calm wherever she goes! 🌸🌈

They absolutely loved spending time with this sweet little pup — and Lucy soaked up all the pets and cuddles she could get! 🐶💕

Lucy went to Clip and Cuddle for the first time today, and they did an amazing job! She looks absolutely beautiful and was all tail wags when I picked her up. They even surprised her with a pup cup! 🐾💖 We love supporting small businesses that treat our pets like family.
