We received an opportunity to work with a BFS company. I took the reel out to the river after putting some line on it to tune it before I take it out tomorrow for some real testing. While we were there we managed a couple river spots on Twelve Oaks Custom Lures cranks and ploppers. For now I have a cheap rod paired with it as I’m new to BFS and don’t really know what I want or prefer just yet. But once I find out you will see a KCustom Fishing Rods BFS setup built specifically for this reel. A full length video demonstrating and reviewing the reel will be in the near future.

Another stellar afternoon chasing largemouth. We had a special guest today. A young man by the name of Riley asked if he could join us on a trip and of course the answer was yes! Riley is from Oregon and recently moved to Indiana. He wants to learn the ropes of this Indiana creek fishing for bass and he did exceptionally well today. We used Twelve Oaks Custom Lures flatside 90 and Anthony Byrum laid waste to them with the NedWacky Bass Baits Hellgramonsta.
