The Actual Process (General)
Decomposition is often divided into five stages, but the speed varies enormously:

Fresh Stage (0–3 days): The body cools down and stiffens (rigor mortis). Internal organs begin to break down due to the body's own enzymes.

Bloat Stage (3–10 days): Bacteria produce gases that cause the body to swell. The odor becomes strong.

Active Decay (10–25 days): Soft tissues begin to liquefy and tissue disappears faster, often with the help of insects (if the body is exposed).

Advanced Decay: Most soft tissues are gone. If the body is buried deep, this stage can last for a year or more.

Skeletonization: Only bones (and sometimes tendons/cartilage) remain.

Summary
The image you sent was likely created to be dramatic or thought-provoking, but it does not follow forensic reality. In a traditional grave, it usually takes 8 to 12 years before the body is completely skeletonized, and even longer before the bones begin to crumble.
