Those that have listened to my Classic Country Saturday Night show know that I am a country music purist and have likely heard me play artists such as John Wesley Ryles, such sings as "Kay" and "Once In A Lifetime Thing."
Very sad to hear of his passing. Prayers for comfort for Joni Lee Twitty Ryles. Rest easy John.

Definitely an American Treasure and I am so grateful to have featured his music, older and newer, on my Classic Country Saturday Night radio. It's also been a huge thrill to have him as a featured artist on our Classic Country Fan Trip To Nashville .

Here's my Throwback Thursday pick for this week. Yes, it's a short throwback to March 1, 2024, but just as worthy. This has always been one of my all-time favs and as we continue to lift Richard Sterban up in prayer, his signature song just feels right and makes this world a special place.
