On June 12th, 2019, my grandpa and I went on a short road trip to the North Loup River in Saint Paul, Nebraska. I didnā€™t realize it until now, but he wasnā€™t just showing me a random river; he was showing me how quickly life can change. We walked on a trail that led us to a small sandbar. I havenā€™t been to many beaches or bodies of water, but the sand was some of the softest Iā€™ve ever felt. My grandpa even said he had never seen this smooth of sand in Nebraska before. Then, he told me something that will forever stay with me, ā€œWho knows how long this sand will be here for? Could be a week or a couple of years. Like this sand, life will come and go.ā€ Even though the sand is no longer there, I still have the bottle of sand we collected six years ago. Even though I canā€™t physically go on another road trip with him, Iā€™ll always have the memories of the past bottled up in my mind. Thank you, Grandpa, for all the memories. Cheers to the next road trip! ā¤ļø

ā€˜Unfolding Timeā€™ drifts effortlessly between melodic textures and glitchy rhythms, creating a surreal experience. The track makes you feel like you are wandering through a dreamscape or submerged underwater, where time is irrelevant. It is an atmospheric vibe thatā€™s both soothing and energetic. Let go of structure and simply drift. The piano is a reminder to slow down, while the drop keeps you on your toes. I wanted to symbolize that life can be crazy sometimes, but if you reflect and unfold time, you can make better decisions in the long run. I hope you all enjoy! Happy Holidays!
