Well they did it again, they popped the camera off. Actually I think it was Bootsie did it bc she can’t jump or fly like the others and uses the camera as a footstool to get to the roosting bars.

We Built a Chicken Coop for Just $45! My 10-Year-Old Explains How!

Can you really build a chicken coop for only $45? We did!

Padme had to go to the Vet today. She’s had a hematoma the size of a tennis ball in her ear for a while. We’re trying steroids for a while to hopefully avoid surgery. Meanwhile, she has one Batman ear and one normal ear for a while. She always gets super anxious going to the vet and with thunderstorms today it didn’t help (she’s deathly afraid of thunder). Glad that visit is out of the way, now we just are hoping the steroids work for her.

The kids were just trying to get a cute video when Padme decided she'd had enough. She said "NOPE!" and one perfectly timed paw later, the camera was on the floor and filming was officially canceled.

Other People's Dogs vs My Dog

You know those dogs that can do backflips, catch frisbees, and nail every trick on command? Yeah... mine isn't one of them. 😂

IS THERE A BABY IN THERE?!?
Listening to the kids’ reactions makes it all worth it and more!
This is our first time incubating eggs! These are Salmon Favorelle which are on our dream plan for Scrambled City.
We had 13 fertilized eggs shipped to us and hoped for the best but kept low expectations. It appears on day 6 we have 10 that made it to the next phase!

People have been asking about what camera we have inside our coop. We use Blink cameras. There’s an app with it that’s super easy. Also you can usually find them on sale on Amazon, we got our all 50% off. You can also talk to them through it, which Chickie Momma has used that feature a lot to sing to them before bed.
