Feeling anxious?
It’s time to be present.

A friend asked me “what is a way to overcome anxiety?”

There are many ways that the anxious energy may build up and for many different reasons for reach person.
-but it usually stems from a future fear based thought.

Fear that the “future” in some way is going to be painful in some way.

Putting mental energy into creating mental images of the fear based thought, until it is all you can think about.

You can overcome this—
It’s simple but not always easy to do.

Show up, be present.

Shift your thinking on what’s right in front of you.

Make yourself a priority.

Join the better mind society.

Most people hear “procrastination” and think it’s a bad thing.
But procrastinating on purpose might be one of the most powerful habits you ever build.

Because the truth is… not everything deserves your time.
Some things should be delayed.
Some things should be ignored.
And some things should be put off indefinitely because they pull you away from who you’re becoming.

Lately I’ve been practicing intentional procrastination—choosing not to do the things I know don’t serve me. No guilt. No wrestling with it. Just a simple decision: that doesn’t align, so it can wait forever.

And the crazy part?
My focus got sharper.
My energy got stronger.
And I’m getting more done by doing less.

Procrastinate the distractions.
Prioritize your purpose.

Getting 1% better every day doesn’t look loud or dramatic.
Brian Tracy talked about it.
Bob Proctor lived by it.
It’s the small adjustments that quietly change everything.

I’ve been shifting a lot in my own life lately—tightening my systems, reclaiming my time, and getting intentional about how I move.
And it’s wild how much space opens up when your life starts working with you in alignment with your goals instead of against you.

With that extra time, I’ve been experimenting with different resources, learning how to use them more effectively, and watching my creativity level up one small improvement at a time.

So I’m putting that energy into something new and fun: a short series sharing the most powerful lessons I’ve learned from personal development—taught in a fun, creative way.

There’s no set posting schedule yet… but stay tuned.
More is on the way.
