***Long Post Incoming***
For those who dont know.. I was recently diagnosed with Alopecia Areata. With that being said I’ve been getting blood tests and having many visits to the doctor to try and determine if there is something else (autoimmune related, etc.) that is causing this issue.. it is still yet to be determined. Anyways.. I’m slowly trying to become a better me.. Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics GREAT for gut health, which is an issue I’ve dealt with my whole life. Recently I found out I’m low in Vitamin D as well.. So this specific Vitamin D supplement is packed with 125 mg (5,000 IU) of Vitamin D and a Bonus of 100mg of Vitamin K2!! ***Disclaimer: People with a G6PD deficiency or are on blood thinners should avoid K2. There is a vitamin D option without the K2. And then Turmeric Curcumin is GREAT for heart health, decreasing inflammation, and so much more! Along with the food that you put in your body, there is a bunch of other things you should be conscious of as well!!
