April is Volunteer Appreciation Month and Meals on Wheels Western Michigan love to show their appreciation to their volunteers. Every years since 2023, during their volunteer luncheon, they show their appreciation through an inspiring video.

This year, collaborating with Meals on Wheels, we decided to try something different. We wanted to show the impact from not just the staff but the Seniors being impacted. The idea was to hear heart warming letter of Senior’s appreciation of the volunteers for their hard work.

It was an honor to help MOWWM tell this story.

We are greatful to work with again this year! Their first signiture event out of two was their first Buyer Connect.

This event was meant to bridge the gap between new businesses and established businesses. The Goal was to learn, connect, and possibly partner with these established businesses.

We had the pleasure to make our first Short Doc, following the story of Maria Petrero (a Move Conmigo alumni) and how Move Conmigo has impacted her as she moves forwards in life.

It was also an honor to present this Short Doc two weeks ago as No Surrender Running Club rebranded to Move Conmigo. Thank you Megan Lopez and Move Conmigo for letting us tell your Move Conmigo’s story through Maria’s perspective!

and partner together this year for the Latinos Health 5k. From adults to children, young and old, men and women, it was an event to not only run, but to build community. We had the pleasure to capture this event and see how WMHCC cares about the Hispanic community in Grand Rapids!
