Why pay for TV when you don't have to? Cut the Cable by switching to Next-Gen Antenna!

Now officially back open with the rest of Michigan and serving all of West Michigan with their antenna and cable TV alternative questions and needs. Please note: As a result of covid-19, Jer's TV Repair no longer offers "Television Repair" services and has changed the name to reflect this transition.
Introducing, TransitionTV, to reflect the changes post-pandemic. For over a decade, Jer has loved to serve the community by also repairing TVs. However, because of the pandemic, many of the parts needed to fix TVs went to computers to accommodate the high demand for distance learning. This technology shift caused a semi-conductor shortage worldwide, and finding quality TV parts has suffered as a result. The decision to discontinue our TV Repair services did not come easy. Regardless, we are still very much in business but now exclusively offer Antenna services and Streaming consultations for cord-cutters. We hope you and your loved ones continue to stay safe as we all emerge from the fallout of the pandemic. Together we can move forward. Thank you for the TV repair opportunities in the past and for the Antenna and Streaming services in the future.

Coronavirus Pandemic Services Update

In the wake of the 2020 pandemic which still presents challenges today, due to inconsistencies, reliability, and quality TV parts from outside suppliers, TV Repair services are still suspended (not antenna services) until further notice. It is of utmost importance that Jer's TV Repair company be able to provide a high-quality experience for all of our customers. With that said, part of our service relies on other businesses in the industry to be able to also provide high-quality parts and service, and be available when needed. The pandemic is still affecting many businesses across the globe and until the situation improves, our TV Repair services will remain paused. TV antenna services are currently unaffected and can still be provided on a limited first come first serve basis as supplies remain available.

Coronavirus Pandemic Services Update

As a result of the current and ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, unfortunately, TV Repair services (not antenna) are temporarily unavailable. This is due to recommendations by the CDC Safety and Recommendation Guidelines and the nature of in-home TV repair services involving the need to enter multiple homes per day. To help avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus, all TV repair services are currently suspended until further notice. There are no drop-off alternatives as Jer’s TV Repair service is an in-home service exclusively. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note: This does not affect antenna install services. Antenna services can be performed safer and are less frequent than TV repair services. This allows Jer to provide partial services during the pandemic.

All services will resume in the near future when we learn more about the nature of the situation. Until then, we appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult and trying time. We also wish everyone a safe and brighter near future.
