New face alert! 🚨

Emily Simonelli has joined our team as a Senior Designer. She grew up in Chicago, built her career in Seattle, and recently landed in Grand Rapids after a weekend trip with her husband turned into a full-on love affair with the city. She brings nearly 15 years of industry experience, including art direction and campaign management for brands like Ulta Beauty.

Off the clock, you'll find her hunting estate sales for her vintage stall in Saugatuck, restoring old finds, and picking up new crafts like spoon carving and needle felting. When she's not creating or traveling, she's keeping a full house with her husband Michael, their senior chihuahua Albie, and three cats.

We're thrilled to have her on the team.

We spent the day with the AHC Hospitality team, photographing the Ruth's Chris Steak House full dinner menu and cocktails for the launch of their new digital menu.

This is what handmade actually looks like.

A small, garage-founded shop in Colorado took on the biggest names in the wedding band category, fully bootstrapped.

We built the brand, the website, the content, and the growth engine from scratch. Three years later, Honest Hands Ring Co. is a growing seven-person company with a global customer base, still all handmade in Morrison, CO.

With 90 years of precision tube fabrication under their belt, Zeman Manufacturing Company needed a brand system built to match their expertise and capability.

Founded in 1936 and now led by fourth-generation owner Dan Zeman, this company has never stopped evolving. Known as "Masters of the Dark Art of Tube Fabrication," they serve medical, aerospace, energy, and food service innovators with tolerances few shops can hold. After nine decades of steady growth, they were ready for an identity as modern and capable as the team behind it.

We started by learning the business from the inside out. Leadership interviews, sales conversations, floor-level storytelling. From there we built everything: brand identity, design system, messaging architecture, anthem video, photography, market-specific brochures, and a fully rebuilt website.

The result was a 25% organic increase in inquiries year over year, with no advertising or outbound efforts.

Over 120 years of chasing precision. One video that continues to spark sales conversations.

This past year, KAPP NILES became the only domestic manufacturer of diamond dressing discs. In a long-cycle industrial market where trust takes years to build, that story needed to land fast.

One day in Boulder captured the people, the process, and the technology, timed to launch at the International Manufacturing Technology Show, manufacturing's biggest trade show. Six months later they hit their year 1 goal, and they're on pace for an even bigger 2026.
