I wanted to share that this week will be my last with NBC26.

I never imagined I would move to Wisconsin one day, but I wouldn’t change a thing. The kindness of the people here is unmatched, and I’ll always be grateful for the stories I got to share.

I’m so excited to share where I’m headed next… stay tuned! 💚💛
A few puppy filled smiles from our special Lucky 7 Dog Rescue Puppy Kisses deliveries yesterday! We love teaming up with this amazing organization to help them raise funds and awareness for the work they do to help these pups find their forever homes! A huge thank you to all of the Lucky 7 volunteers that make these special deliveries happen, the entire Push Crew here for making everything else happen (from our regular team to our special guests that join us for the holiday fun), our wonderful customers for their patience and support on such a busy day, and to our Miss Pippa Pepper for always providing our moment of zen in the midst of it all!

And to Noel at NBC26 for covering this special story!

Dr. Jenna Nobles was interviewed by NBC26 about Wisconsin Senate Bill 923. The bill is similar to Texas's Senate Bill 8, and would limit abortions to the first weeks of pregnancy—before many are aware they are pregnant. Nobles has been studying menstrual cycle data and the ways in which irregular cycles can make abortion more difficult to access for some people and some groups in particular.

“'The average person with the average menstrual cycle would have about six days to seek an abortion under this legislation. People who have an irregular menstrual cycle who learn about a pregnancy later would have zero days,' Nobles said.

In addition, there's confusion about what constitutes a heartbeat and when exactly one can be detected.

'The fetus does not develop a heart with chambers and muscles until much later in the pregnancy. But as early as six weeks in, it is possible to detect electrical activity and so that is what's being referenced as a heartbeat,' Nobles said."

Why am I continuing to see Mike Lindell on your station every day when we all know he supported overthrowing our government on January 6th, knowing his phone records have been subpoenaed, and knowing he continues to financially support people who are selling the big lie?

Catch us (and Bleu) on NBC26 tonight at 10PM talking about the catnapping court hearing this afternoon.🎙

I’ll post the link later for those who don’t see it live. It seems like this case is being blown off. I went to make a victim statement, I was told I could make one, but then wasn’t given the chance. The judge (edit: court commissioner) lowered the bond & didn’t seem to take the crime seriously. Animal mistreatment cases are almost never taken seriously, and it’s a huge problem.😣
