Saturday night 5/9/2020

Practice at 7:30pm

Racing starts at 8:00

Max 40 entries.

30 minute practice

Four 8 lap heats (Top 4 advance)

Two 10 lap b-mains (Top 4 advance)

50 Lap feature starting 24 cars. We're racing Dirt Late Model (Pro, fixed setup) at Limaland Motorsports Park. $10 entry

1st Place: 50%

2nd Place: 30%

3rd Place: 20%

All entries will be paid to me via PayPal (friends and family) for two reasons. First, it keeps all monies in one spot and easy to manage. Second, it'll be easier for me to payout afterwards.

Entries can be sent to [email protected] All entries must be paid by 7:00pm on Saturday 5/9/2020 before the race. Message me on the Wi Dirt Racin page when your entry is paid and I will give you the race login before the race. Thanks to all of you who added input. If this goes well, I'll try to do it more often, at least until we get back to live dirt track racing.

2.) Why did you start racing? Dad use to run the Enduro so I've always wanted to give racing a try

3.) Let's say I'm a fan in the stands with no connection to any racers, and I want to race. How do you suggest I start? Find a cheap car build it and start talking to some of the racers in that division

4.) What’s the best piece of advice you would give to a young driver. Just get comfortable in the car

5.) How do you recommend getting sponsors? Just call and ask around worst they will say is no

6.) Having good days is always motivating, but if you have a bad day at the track, what drives you to keep going? The love of the sport

7.) How many tracks have you raced at? 3

8.) If you could race against only one racer, who would it be and why? Kenny Wallace because he use to be my favorite in Nascar

9.) Is your car ready to race? No

10.) What kind of work do you do? Construction

11.) What are you doing to keep busy during the quarantine? Work and finishing the racecar

12.) What’s better, crate racing or open motor racing? Crate

13.) Any hobbies outside of racing? Fishing

We currently do not plan to reschedule this event as we will likely be rolling right into our season opener when we are able. 1.) When did you start racing? I grew up around my whole life. My uncle raced and helped out on a few other team

2.) Why did you start racing? I start driving 2004

3.) Let's say I'm a fan in the stands with no connection to any racers, and I want to race. How do you suggest I start? Would say start my tring to help out with a team and learn what you can before getting in one

4.) What’s the best piece of advice you would give to a young driver. Times get tough but never give up on your self

5.) How do you recommend getting sponsors? But a book togther and go talk to them how you can promote their business

6.) Having good days is always motivating, but if you have a bad day at the track, what drives you to keep going? My passion keeps me going

#21 "Flyin Ryan" Olson Racing is this week's Allstar Performance Allstar of the Week. Olson protected his stomping grounds at the Mississippi Thunder Speedway this past Friday as he had to pass and hold off 2019 USRA B-Mod National Champion Kris Jackson Racing to pick up the win. Olson had 11 top-fives and 3 wins last year, and has his mind set for more in 2020. Congratulations to Ryan and his team for starting the season off on a high note.

2.) Why did you start racing? It’s just something that’s been in my blood since I was a kid

3.) Let's say I'm a fan in the stands with no connection to any racers, and I want to race. How do you suggest I start? Find a cheaper starter car to get the feel of it, it’ll help learn the ropes and I believe it helps you be a better driver

4.) What’s the best piece of advice you would give to a young driver. All the money in the world doesn’t buy talent

5.) How do you recommend getting sponsors? If I knew I’d have more

6.) Having good days is always motivating, but if you have a bad day at the track, what drives you to keep going? There’s always next week to come back and prove myself

Driver plus one pit person allowed

No Spectators (you will be asked to leave)

No Minors except participants
Minors must be accompanied by a parent

You will need a mask to sign in

Bring your own pen

Must have exact cash amount

Parking must be 20ft from each other

Must practice social distancing - 6ft from each other

Stay home if you’re sick

2.) Why did you start racing? Dad and uncle raced years ago wanted to follow in their foot steps

3.) Let's say I'm a fan in the stands with no connection to any racers, and I want to race. How do you suggest I start? I would suggest starting in a lower class sport compact or sport mod depending on budget

4.) What’s the best piece of advice you would give to a young driver. My best price of advice to a young driver would be put time into car knowing everything and just run car what you are comfortable with and each week you’ll get faster

5.) How do you recommend getting sponsors? Asking small businesses, your bosses, freinds or family with businesses

6.) Having good days is always motivating, but if you have a bad day at the track, what drives you to keep going? What keeps me going is the fun of it giving people something to enjoy on the weekends. Also the adrenaline rush’s you get.

7.) How many tracks have you raced at? I have raced at 8 tracks 141 speedway, outagamie speedway, shawano speedway, Luxemburg speedway, tomahawk, the hill, Wisconsin dells, and Jefferson.

8.) If you could race against only one racer, who would it be and why? If I could race against one person it would be my dad I love racing door to door with him.

9.) Is your car ready to race? Will be in a week or 2 be ready to race.

10.) What kind of work do you do? The kind of work I do is residential housing putting siding, soffit and fasca on the houses.

11.) What are you doing to keep busy during the quarantine? What keeping me busy is hanging out with gf, working, and working on race car.

Due to the ongoing restrictions with the covid-19 pandemic PKS3 Promotion group has canceled the May 9th car show/practice.

We as a promotional group are hoping to reschedule the event if possible.

We will continue to monitor the Badger bounce back program set in place and provide a update when available.

The promotional group wishes nothing more then to kick off the season at The Hill, but to do so we must keep everyones health and safety in mind.

Till then please check our page for further updates or feel free to private message us through our track page.

Stay safe, and know The Hill will be ready for you!

And if you can’t go to the hill, bring the hill with you and show us those koozies!!!
