It has come to my attention regarding recent developments with Booked in Chaos.

As an individual, an author, and an event organizer, I want to clarify my stance. I do not support expressions of bigotry or hate. Additionally, I choose not to engage in discussions related to politics, religion, or financial matters.

Writing is a means for me to maintain my mental well-being. I organized my event out of my love for books and the positive feelings they inspire. While I respect everyone's right to their personal beliefs and choices, I do not endorse intolerance or hostility.

Myself, Pack in the Readers, and author B. J. Rysewyk remain neutral on these issues, now and always.

For those of you who are wondering, the phenomenal artist behind the tarot cards B. J. Rysewyk is debuting in September is Lianne of Fantasyspritestudio. This amazing human being not only brought the characters of the Nightbane Series to life, but she has blown us away by her fantastical artistry and skill with her medium. If you’re not already following her, we certainly recommend it!

All the art . J. Rysewyk used either came from a friend or herself. The art of Dante and Alexander, titled “Forever is NEVER Long Enough” was the first piece of art professionally commissioned, and it did not disappoint. Giulia did a phenomenal job of bringing these two characters to life and showcasing the tension between the two.
