My name is Dale Cannon. “Dale Cannon Gone Wild” will be digital content where I will post videos and images of products that I review, and places that I explore. Designed for the adventure seeker, or someone who is trying to live a healthy lifestyle.
Between 2018 and 2023 I blew up to over 400 pounds, I was diagnosed with heart failure and my life was falling apart. I was in my 50’s and believed my best years were behind me. I began cycling as a hobby, and then it became an addiction. I combined cycling with weight training and a healthy diet. In my first year of dieting, I’ve lost 182 pounds and I feel like I am in my 20’s again. If I can do it… ANYONE CAN do it if you set your mind to it. I will be creating content, of everything from my diet, and exercise routine. How I handle obstacles and challenges both in life and on the trails. I will be reviewing everything from Bicycles and Accessories, to Kayaking, the equipment I use, and cars. The best cars, trucks and SUV’s to take on an adventure, no matter your budget. Some of them may even surprise you.
