🚨25-year-old Stephanie Dilyard, a 7-Eleven clerk in Oklahoma City, has been fired after using her personal gun to defend herself during a violent attack at work.

Police say Stephanie was working alone just after midnight on Nov. 14 when a man tried to pay with a fake $100 bill. When she confronted him, he became aggressive, threw items at her, and tried to strangle her while making threats.

She fired once in self-defense, and the suspect — 59-year-old Kenneth Thompson — ran out and later called 911. He was arrested and charged with assault, threatening violence, using counterfeit money, and violating parole.

Investigators ruled Stephanie’s actions were justified under Oklahoma’s stand-your-ground law, but 7-Eleven still terminated her on Nov. 17 for violating the company policy against employees using personal weapons.

🚨 UPDATE — Indiana hospital fires doctor, nurse after mother gives birth on highway

Franciscan Health Crown Point has fired a doctor and a nurse after a pregnant woman, Mercedes Wells, was discharged while in active labor and later gave birth in her family’s truck just eight minutes after leaving the hospital.

On Friday, Franciscan Health Crown Point President and CEO Raymond Grady released a significantly expanded and more forceful statement, acknowledging major failures in Wells’ care and announcing immediate corrective actions.

Key Actions Taken by Franciscan:

• The physician and nurse directly involved in Wells’ care have been terminated.

• Mandatory cultural competency training is now required for all Labor & Delivery staff.

• A physician must examine all pregnant patients before they are allowed to leave the unit.

Grady called the video “difficult to watch” and emphasized that the hospital failed in its duty of compassionate care.

“We failed to listen to Mrs. Wells’ concerns… She knew something was not right,” Grady stated.

“Compassionate concern is absent when a caregiver fails to listen to a patient who is clearly in pain and vulnerable.”

Grady also apologized directly to Wells and her family:

“On behalf of Franciscan Alliance and Franciscan Health Crown Point, I apologize… We must fix what failed in our hospital so that no one experiences what happened to Mercedes Wells.”

He added that the hospital has reached out to the family and hopes to meet with them in person soon.

🚨COLUMBUS, Ohio: A 25-year-old man lost his life after he was sh*t early Friday morning in downtown Columbus.

The incident happened just before 3 a.m. on North High Street. A security guard called 911 and tried to help the victim with CPR.

Police found the man with multiple gunshot wounds and rushed him to Grant Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 3:28 a.m.

A firearm was found at the scene, but officers say it’s too early to know who it belongs to.

Reports say the victim had been celebrating his birthday before the incident.

Police are still investigating.

🚨 33 year old Domnica Mosby ( Gemini Gemini ) has allegedly confessed to torturing and killing her boyfriend's 3-year-old son, with cops saying she admitted to putting a cigarette out in the boy's ear and scorching his ge****ls with a lighter before beating him to death.

Mosby has allegedly confessed to killing Kevin on Friday, telling police she tortured him with a lit cigarette and lighter before stomping on his stomach with the heel of her boot and hitting him with closed and open hands in his torso and chest — all because he wouldn't lie down.

Police say Mosby claimed Kevin was not feeling well and vomiting after being dropped off by his aunt, who denies that the child was sick when she left him with Mosby on Friday morning.

Mosby allegedly told cops that she woke up around 3 a.m. Saturday and found that Kevin was unresponsive. She called police and the boy was pronounced dead at the scene. He suffered a lacerated liver, internal bleeding, burns on his ear and ge****ls, and extensive bruising, according to the medical examiner's report.

Domnica has been charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, and aggravated child neglect.

Mosby is currently being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Friday.

🚨Landlord murdered tenant he was trying to evict then killed a mother who witnessed the slaying

54-year-old landlord Kevin Griffin fatally sh*t his tenant and a young mother who was visiting the home.

Police say everything started on November 4th, inside a home on North 42nd Street in Milwaukee.

1️⃣ Argument Over Eviction

Griffin told investigators he went to speak with his tenant, Terrance Wilder, about problems in the home and issues with an eviction.

He claimed he saw Wilder “in the middle of a drug deal” and became angry.

According to the criminal complaint, Griffin said he “lost it” and shot Wilder.

Wilder’s body was later found inside the home.

City records revealed that Wilder complained to the Milwaukee Department of Neighborhood Services about the apartment he was renting from Griffin in August after not having hot water for two months. An inspector reportedly ordered Griffin to fix a number of leaky faucets, a clogged drain and a back door.

He was also allegedly asked to install a railing, but records show that none of the problems were ever fixed.

2️⃣ Visiting Mother Killed After Witnessing the Incident

Police say A’nya Raymond, a mother who was in the house with her young son, witnessed the shooting.

Griffin told police he forced her and the child into his Mercedes.

Raymond begged him to let her go and promised she wouldn’t say anything.

But investigators say Griffin didn’t believe her.

While driving, Raymond reportedly grabbed mace and a small knife to protect herself.
Griffin told police he hit her, then shot her multiple times while her child sat in the backseat.

Her body was later found in an alley.

3️⃣ Child Found Wandering Alone

Griffin said that he took Raymond's son back to his house and put him in her car before driving it to a separate location.

Raymond's son was later found wandering with apparent blood on his clothes and shoeless.

Griffin is charged with two counts of homicide and illegally having a gun. He is being held on a $500,000 bond, with a court hearing on November 26th.

🚨A Northwest Indiana family is demanding justice after a pregnant Black woman, Mercedes Sheri Wells, was allegedly removed from Franciscan Health Crown Point while she was in active labor.

Staff told her she “wasn’t past 3 centimeters” and refused to admit her.

A video shows workers wheeling her out of the hospital. Just eight minutes later, she gave birth in the family’s truck on the road with no medical help.

The family says the incident was preventable and believes negligence and racial bias played a role.

🚨Birmingham , Alabama: On Thursday, 13 November, 25-year-old Jeffrey Rogers called 911 claiming he shot a woman who was trying to break into his home. But Birmingham police say that wasn’t true.

Investigators discovered the shooting was domestic-related, and the victim, 20-year-old Bria McNeal-Williams, was someone Rogers was dating. She was found shot in the back doorway of a west Birmingham home.

Rogers, a convicted felon, is now charged with murder and illegal possession of a firearm.

He is being held without bond as the investigation continues.

Daughter of a McDonald’s manager killed in Eastpointe- Detroit was taken into custody today after she tried to re-enter a courtroom with two knives during her mother’s murder hearing.

The incident happened right after the court played the surveillance video showing 39-year-old Jennifer Harris being stabbed inside the McDonald’s where she worked with the suspect, Afeni Muhammad.

Officers stopped the daughter at the courtroom entrance and arrested her.

The judge ordered the rest of the victim’s family to leave the courthouse and barred them from watching the remainder of the hearing.
