Thank you to those who have already submitted work to C + B in recent weeks and months. To ensure your work will be considered for Issue 10, any creators looking to submit should do so prior to October 16. Link in bio to submit.

We are excited to be back in this space now that our baby 🐝 is a bit bigger and we are looking forward to reconnecting with our creative community!

Today on the blog is Issue 8 writer Divya Benezette.

Divya shares with us “In the past year, I’ve made the decision to stop saving my Indian clothes for church or special occasions and to wear them to class, to go shopping, to see my friends, really anywhere and I am beyond happy that I did. I feel the most beautiful them and they make me feel like myself more than anything, so I have stop worrying about whether or not that makes people around me uncomfortable. It’s more than just pretty outfits to me, it’s my culture and it took me a long time to be okay with celebrating that even in small ways.”
