My name is Lee Grandy, a culinary entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the restaurant and luxury catering industry. Originally from Greenville, SC, I pursued my passion for entertaining & business by attending The University of Mississippi, where I fell in love with Hospitality. My culinary journey began with summer jobs in the kitchen of Chive Blossom in Pawleys Island, SC, before mov
ing on to work as Executive Sous Chef at High Cotton in Greenville. Seeking new challenges, I made my way to Vail, CO, where I worked at some of the most renowned restaurants in the region, including the famed and highly awarded The 10th at Vail Resorts and the legendary Sweet Basil in Vail Village. It was during my time in Vail that I began working with Red Maple Catering, joining the team to launch a food concept for our partnership with Vail Brewing Company. As Chef De Cuisine, I was instrumental in expanding our brand into the Dallas, TX market and overseeing exponential growth in Vail, CO, where I led the development of innovative virtual culinary products and experiences as well as making a guest appearance on Real Housewives of Dallas. In 2020, I became a partner in Red Maple Catering Utah, leading the expansion of our brand into Park City's market, where I owned, launched, and operated the company's newest location. After meeting my fiancé during my time in Park City, I sold my equity in Red Maple Catering Utah and relocated back to Greenville. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in culinary branding and launching businesses across a wide range of associated products and services. As a seasoned culinary professional, I continue to seek out new opportunities to innovate and inspire in the world of food and business.
