Hi! I’m the face behind Scents By Shai — a 31-year-old mom of five, fiancé, full-time employee (again, starting monday), and busy sports mom cheering on 4 out of 5 kids from the sidelines. Life stays hectic around here, but one thing that always brings me peace is a good scent. Whether it’s candles, perfume, or wax melts, I’ve always loved anything that makes a space feel warm, cozy, and inviting. My wax melts are made 10-12 bars at a time.
In my kitchen. Carefully temperature monitored by me. Poured by me. One scent at a time.
Each label hand-written by me (not very well, either. I have the penmanship of a 5 year old.)
But I take this personally because I know what it feels like to be excited about something and have it disappoint you.
I pick every fragrance with the season and you in mind!
(Suggestions will be taken in the near future)
