🚨 Update from Dollywood🦅

After severe storms over the weekend, a fallen tree damaged the Eagle Mountain Sanctuary, allowing three resident eagles to escape.

Teams from the American Eagle Foundation are actively working to track and safely recover them. All secured birds have been relocated to the Foundation’s headquarters for care and evaluation.

“Wings of America” shows are temporarily canceled, and the sanctuary area will remain closed as repairs continue.

In 1959, a 13-year-old Dolly Parton released her very first single, “Puppy Love,” on Goldband Records 🎀🎶

Written when she was just 11 with her uncle Bill Owens, the song captured the sweet and confusing emotions of young love. The B-side, “Girl Left Alone,” was another early family collaboration 💕

To record it, Dolly and her grandmother took a 30-hour bus ride to Lake Charles — a trip she later said she’d never forget 🚌💖

From those humble beginnings to global stardom… it all started right here 💗✨

The brand new NightFlight Expedition is set to open by the end of spring, and it’s already being called one of the most anticipated attractions of the year 👀 It’s a one-of-a-kind ride combining a coaster, water adventure, and immersive storytelling all in one!

We don’t have an official opening date just yet, but it’s expected sometime late spring 2026 🌸 which means the countdown is ON!

Filled with beloved traditional hymns, this project was extra meaningful ✝️💕 All proceeds from the album went to support The Dollywood Foundation, helping make a difference in countless lives! 💖

Produced by Bob Ferguson, and with support from Porter Wagoner, this album helped launch Dolly into her next chapter ✨

It went on to reach No. 22 on the Country Albums chart 💖
