When everything gets quiet, your thoughts get loud. ๐ŸŽง

Here's what helps me sit with the noise:

1. Notice without judging
Just observe thoughts like passing clouds โ˜๏ธ

2. Name the feeling
"Anxiety is here" or "This is loneliness"

3. Breathe into the space
Let the breath create room around the feeling

4. Offer yourself kindness
A simple "This is hard right now" works

The goal isn't to fix or change anything. Just to be with what's here, gently.
