Great music has an unusual ability to close the distance between generations.

Arena Flashback celebrates the music that filled those rooms from 1976 through 1983—the songs of Night Ranger, REO Speedwagon, Loverboy, and Billy Squier, performed with a focus on musicianship and respect for the era.

August gave us several different stages, different artists, different communities, and different musical experiences.

But each one reinforced something important about live entertainment.

The performance matters and so does the audience that chooses to be there. The venue that creates a place to gather matters. The artists who prepare for the stage matter and the relationships connecting all of them are what allow memorable experiences to happen again and again.

That is why we believe live entertainment is about more than individual performances.

It is about artists, venues, audiences, organizations, and communities working together to create experiences people value.

As another month of summer music comes to a close, we are grateful for everyone who has been part of those experiences.

Growth is not simply about becoming larger. It is about creating opportunities for new ideas, new perspectives, and new people to contribute.

As Naked Glory Entertainment® continues to grow, we have begun exploring internship opportunities that could give emerging professionals the chance to learn more about the live entertainment industry while gaining meaningful professional experience.

Mentorship is an important part of that conversation.

There is tremendous value in giving the next generation of professionals an opportunity to learn from real experiences, ask questions, contribute their perspectives, and better understand the relationships, planning, communication, and professionalism that support live entertainment.

For NGE, this is another step in building thoughtfully for the future—not simply by considering where our organization is going, but by considering how we can create opportunities for others to grow alongside it.

We look forward to seeing where these conversations lead.

It was a pleasure talking with Ryan from the Somerset County Park Commission to talk about this year’s Summer Concert Series and what these events bring to the community.

There’s something special about seeing families, friends, neighbors, and people of all ages come together in the park for an evening of live music. These concerts are about more than entertainment - they create shared experiences, strengthen community connections, and give people a place to simply enjoy being together.

I’m incredibly proud to have been part of bringing this series to life and seeing firsthand the positive impact live music can have on a community.
