So last weekend an inmate was transported to the hospital after swallowing paper laced with K2 and razor blades.
The very next day on June 7 2026, eight inmates were transported after a mass casualty stabbing.
The night prior to the first incident mentioned, a drone with green lights zoomed past in the direction of the detention center. 5 minutes later it was headed in the opposite direction and I thought to myself 💭 I bet it just dropped drugs off at the jail 🤷🏼♀️ ( not really thinking that ) 😂 but I did a Google search and found that atleast as far back as 2015 that drones are being used to get drugs in the prison and the jail. Atleast 1 of the cases the drone was flown by an already incarcerated individual using his assigned jail tablet and this same inmate had also falsified and mailed release papers to the prison "from" the states attorneys office.
There have been 46 inmate homicides in MD prisons since 2015.... 22 of them in the last year.
Here's the problem. A lot of these individuals will be and are being released straight to our streets. Rehabilitation is non existent. Because of that I see this town getting way worse before it ever gets better (and that is probably non existent too)
