Always in my top shape😤🔥 Just so people understand, I have that skinny boy genetics(fast metabolism) but with good muscle insertions(genetics)🙌🏽. I always struggled to gain weight or strength in general but the reason I always gained muscles and strength is because I gained a lot of knowledge about what I was doing, the goal was to make sure my workout plan and diet is 10/10. People just think I worked out and suddenly looked good because of good genetics, many people don’t know the effort and money I put into gaining knowledge. This is what makes me different from other athletes, also the advantage of speaking Russian because I was able to be coached by the Russian legends in calisthenics and weighted calisthenics🔥🙌🏽
