Texas is hotter than a stolen rifle sitting on a tailgate today. 🥵☀️
For all you hard-headed outdoorsmen and women, this ain't the day to prove how tough you are. Heat and humidity don't care how many deer you've dragged, fish you've caught, or years you've worked outside.
Drink water. Then drink some more.
Keep an eye on your buddies, fishing partners, coworkers, and that one friend who swears, "I'm fine." That's usually the guy about 10 minutes from seeing cartoon birds. I know cause I’ve been that guy 😂.
Today might be the one day Texas officially recommends reaching for a bottle of water before a cold beer. We know... it hurts to hear.
Stay in the shade, stay hydrated, and don't become a cautionary tale.

Is Panfishing the blue-collar workhorse of fishing 🎣 ? Dangle Nation
While the bass boys are out there chunkin’ $30 lures and telling stories about “the one that broke off,” the panfish crowd is over here catching dinner every 12 seconds with anything from a coffee can full of worms and a Walmart rod to a high end rig and baits that look like Covid-19 🦠 😂
Non-stop bites, grease-ready fillets, and enough action to keep kids, old-timers, and ultralight junkies smiling all day long. They ain’t gonna tow your boat across the lake… but neither will an empty livewell.
Deep down, every single angler still turns into an excited little kid when the bluegill and other panfish start thumping and bobbers start bobbing. 🐟🔥
