Kindness in action. 🖤🌎 This one deserves its own post.

As part of XCITE 2025, our CX Cares initiative was brought to life and our first major project was launched. We rolled up our sleeves with our hearts full and spirits high to give back to a local school in Miches, Dominican Republic, and what an incredible and inspiring day it was. 🇩🇴

Our CX agents and amazing partners raised over $21,000 and together we:
🎨 Painted and brightened classrooms
🧱 Built a dividing wall to create new learning spaces
🚽 Installed flushing toilets, ceiling fans and new lighting
🌿 Landscaped and cleared the school grounds
🛝 Created an area for a playground so children can laugh and play
🎒 Collected items so each child received sneakers, shirts, socks, and backpacks filled with school supplies
⚽️ Donated games, toys and puzzles for the whole school

This week, we didn’t just improve a school… we built hope, lifted spirits, and created smiles that will last far beyond our time there.

⚾️ Thank you to Hyatt Inclusive Collection and the for an unforgettable Behind the Diamond experience! From the batting cages, dugout, and bullpen to behind-the-scenes access to Phanavision, the press box, and media room, it was an incredible day all around.

Spending time with the Phillies coaches, our partners at HIC and fellow travel advisors made the experience even more special! ❤️

✈️New Domestic and International Travel Requirements Coming in 2025✈️

Also - check your passport expiration date if you have international travel plans coming up!

Domestic Travel within the United States:

• REAL ID Enforcement: Beginning May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers will need a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or an alternative acceptable form of identification, such as a passport, to board domestic flights or access certain federal facilities. This initiative aims to enhance security by ensuring that all state-issued IDs meet federal standards.

International Travel:

• United Kingdom Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA): Starting January 8, 2025, travelers to the UK, including those from the U.S., will be required to obtain an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). Applications can be submitted online or via a mobile app for a fee of £10 (approximately $12.40). Once approved, the ETA is valid for multiple entries over a two-year period. This system is designed to enhance border security and streamline the entry process.

• European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS): Expected to take effect in May 2025, ETIAS will require U.S. citizens and travelers from other visa-exempt countries to obtain travel authorization before visiting any Schengen Area country. The authorization will allow for multiple short stays (up to 90 days within a 180-day period) and will be valid for three years or until the traveler’s passport expires, whichever comes first. The application process involves a fee of €7 (approximately $7.50).

Staying informed about these changes and preparing accordingly will help ensure a smoother travel experience in 2025 ✈️ Contact your preferred UTT travel agent to book your next travel adventure!!
