Netflix just dropped the first teaser for the A Different World sequel and set the premiere date: September 24, 2026. Deborah Wayne is Whitley and Dwayne's daughter, she's enrolling at Hillman, and she walked in wearing her daddy's flip-up glasses. The original cast is back. Debbie Allen is back. We are so ready.

While Judge Faith Jenkins was pregnant, Kenny Lattimore wrote a whole album of lullabies, soft little songs meant just for his growing family. And now their baby boy, Roman Robert Lattimore, is finally here to hear them sung to him in person.
Kenny shared the news this week that Roman arrived safely over the weekend. Judge Faith is resting and recovering, and both mom and baby are doing well, with the family looking forward to coming home in the next few days. He says their son is calm and relaxed and already has every single one of them wrapped around his little finger, which, if you have ever met a brand new baby, you know is exactly how it goes. And little Skylar is a big sister now.
That part gets me. A father who took a whole season of waiting and turned it into music for his children. A home that now gets to grow up inside of that sound. "Over the Rainbow" is still Roman's favorite, the same song that played under their very first announcement.
Welcome earth side, sweet boy. You were prayed for long before anybody got to hold you. God's continued blessings to the Lattimore family. 🤍
