I recently visited my Alma Mater, Murray State to see a photo exhibition at the Eagle Gallery. I also took the opportunity to do a little nosing around and came upon this simple little capture in the Gallery office.
The sink is an original to the build so it was here when I walked these studio spaces. I’m certain the faucet has been changed over the years.

One of my latest images ‘Native Grasses I” from a developing series of images oddly enough entitled “Native Grasses” I just love the play of light and texture of the grasses in my own “backyard” as well as the painterly look . All of the images are shot at sunset or sun rise to take advantage of the Golden Hour lighting.

This garden detail at the Palace of Fine Arts, San Francisco just a small part of the visual cornucopia available for the capture, a nice issue when it happens. The abundance of hardscape is softened easily but this small corner on the pathway.
