This Chicken & Dumplings Soup is a family favorite, especially on chilly days!

"My grandma made the best Chicken & Dumplings soup! Whenever we needed comfort, this was our go-to dish."

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- 1 egg

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
2. Add the chicken breasts to the pot and pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Remove chicken from the pot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the pot.
4. Stir in the peas and milk. Keep the soup simmering.
5. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and thyme. In another bowl, beat the egg and mix it into the dry ingredients until just combined.
6. Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling mixture into the simmering soup. Cook uncovered for about 15 minutes until the dumplings are puffed and cooked through.

- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- 1 cup rice (white or brown)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
3. Stir in the pineapple chunks and soy sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
4. In another pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the rice, cover, and reduce heat. Cook according to package instructions (usually about 15-20 minutes for white rice, longer for brown).

Ingredients:
- 1 box of chocolate cake mix
- 1 can (12 oz) Dr Pepper
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
- Optional: cherries for decoration

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, Dr Pepper, cherry pie filling, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.

Instructions:

- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning (or to taste)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Season red snapper fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar for frosting

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, maple syrup, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

My kids love these Cheesy Cauliflower Bites! They think they're eating snacks, but I know they're getting their veggies in!

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (can be seasoned or plain)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Cooking spray or oil, for baking

Instructions:

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh sage, chopped (or 1/4 teaspoon dried sage)
