Sorry guys we were blessed this week with a great amount of calls and messages and plenty of work to go with it. We are now caught up on our messages and have people scheduled. I want to take this moment to thank everyone that has already used our services, are thinking about using us by contacting us, and are returning customers. We have been receiving a large amount of calls, texts, and messages on Facebook that we are a bit behind on getting to everyone.

Hello everyone. Would just like to announce a new way on how we will be handling appointments. So when we settle on a call, text, or message confirming a date and time for an appointment. We need you to follow that up with an address on where the vehicle will be worked at. The reason is it helps with scheduling other appointments and can better plan for that route ahead of time. Most of the time we are told that we will get an address the day off the appointment. Then, when that day comes we don't hear from you when we could've added someone else to that time slot.

So moving forward. We need all future clients to please follow up with an address after appointment details have been confirmed by both parties. If for any reason you can't or you choose not to, anyone else wanting that time slots will get it. Then we will have to reschedule you to a later date and time. Again, we value everyone's time and business and we want to help as many of you as possible.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to chime in again and say thank you all to our new and returning customers. Messages and phone calls have been blowing up since last week. We are booked till Saturday and we continue to book as the week goes by. I know some of you have not been answered yet on messages or called back on the phone, also voicemail is full. That's how many people enjoy or have heard that we really do our best to take care of you with all your car repair needs. It's a HUGE blessing to have this much work.

Just please be patient we will attend to everyone's messages. Just remember I'm out there doing repairs and can't be on the phone all day either. As soon as I get home I begin replying, answering questions, and booking appointments. You've made the right decision by going with us. Just a little busy at the moment 😆. Thanks again folks. Hola, mi gente. Espero que todos hayan tenido un excelente Día de Acción de Gracias. Para nosotros no salió como planeamos, pero estoy agradecido de que todavía estuviéramos juntos como familia. No he podido responder ni contestar llamadas telefónicas debido a que mi hijo Eric se lesionó en su último combate de lucha libre. Sufrió una conmoción cerebral y le diagnosticaron costocondritis. Todavía están haciendo más análisis de laboratorio para ver si hay otros problemas. Dicho esto, mi hijo ya no saldrá conmigo debido a que está en reposo en cama y no puede hacer nada extremo.

Pero mi hija Rosalinda, que me ayuda, está interviniendo para ayudar y hacer su propio trabajo. Ustedes la verán conmigo más segido. Entonces, ahora que todo se ha calmado, podemos comenzar a contestar todas las llamadas perdidas y a responder mensajes antiguos. Comenzaremos a reservar nuevamente para este lunes (mañana). Gracias a todos por ser tan pacientes y permitirnos encargarnos de las necesidades de reparación de su automóvil.

Hey guys. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. For us it didn't go as planned but I am Thankful that we were still together as a family. I haven't been able to respond and answer phone calls due to my son Eric getting injured on his last wrestling match. He suffered a concusion and diagnosed with Costochondritis. They are still doing more lab work to see if any other issues are there. That being said my son will not be going out with me anymore due to being on bed rest and not being able to do anything extreme.

But my daughter Rosalinda who has just been helping out is stepping in to help and do her own work. You guys will see her out with me more often. So now that everything has settled down, we can begin answering all missed calls and answering old messages. We will begin booking again for this Monday (tomorrow). Thank you guys for being so patient and letting us handle your car repair needs.
