However, there are factors beyond my control:
❌ The current inventory levels in the market are at a ten-year high, leading to increased competition.
❌ Interest rates are challenging, making affordability a concern for many buyers.
❌ The market's reaction to your home's price is unpredictable, but you do have a say in this!
It can be disheartening to see people on social media attributing their homes not selling to their agent, with comments like "You need a new agent!" or "Fire your agent!" While sometimes this feedback is warranted, often it's simply a reflection of the market conditions.
Recently, some of my listings have gone under contract within the first weekend or two, while others have remained on the market for several months. All of these homes are cleaned, featured with professional photography and videos, and priced competitively. Unfortunately, there are no guarantees or clear explanations for why some homes sell faster than others. An agent promising a quick sale may just be telling you what you want to hear. ✨
Keep in mind that agents only earn their commission when your home sells, and many of us invest our own resources to prepare your home for the market. We are fully committed to doing everything possible to ensure a successful sale for both you and ourselves!

- List your home sooner than you think is necessary.
- Declutter, declutter, and declutter some more!
- Complete any necessary updates and enhance curb appeal with fresh landscaping.
- Eliminate any pet odors!
- Set a competitive price, even if it means pricing slightly below market value in today's conditions.
