Hey Vita Bella neighbors!

Please be aware that tomorrow, Tuesday, April 23, there will be a scheduled water shut-off from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM as crews work to repair a major leak affecting our system here in Lake Las Vegas.

What you need to know:
• The water will be completely off during this window.
• This is a planned repair, no need to be alarmed.
• Please make any necessary arrangements (e.g., filling water pitchers, planning showers, etc.).
• Normal water service is expected to resume after 5 PM.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as this important repair is completed!

SCENIC DRIVE EVENT

Join us for a scenic, adrenaline-pumping drive along Lake Mead to Overton, with a pit stop at Red Rock Stone to soak in views that’ll make your jaw drop.

There’s a small entry fee (unless you’ve got National Park annual pass), but trust us, the vistas are worth every penny.

Then, we’ll refuel with lunch at Criss Angel’s restaurant because nothing says “abracadabra”
like a plate piled high!

Line up your cars in front of the pool on March 22nd, at 8 AM sharp.

Bring your ride, your appetite, and your best “I swear I wasn’t speeding, ranger” grin.. and remember if you get pulled over.. I don’t know You, You don’t know me!

No HOA gripes allowed, just pure, unadulterated driving bliss.

Let’s keep the vibe sky-high and the chit-chat lighter than your foot on the gas pedal.

Trust me, the only thing we’re remembering here is how to have a good time, HOA drama can take a backseat.
