Las Vegas Housing Market Update

Curious about the current real estate scene in Las Vegas? As of June 2025, home prices have risen by 1.7% year-over-year, with the median price reaching $458,000.

Homes are now taking longer to sell, averaging 51 days on the market compared to 35 days in the same month last year.

Additionally, the number of homes sold dropped to 740, down from 862 in June 2024.
