Let’s talk vision because goals without vision will always leave you frustrated.

Here’s how to reset for 2026 the right way:

Audit before you add. What worked in 2025 that deserves to continue? Now think about what didn’t and why it didn't work?

Separate delay from denial. Some goals weren’t missed, they were mis-timed.

Anchor your plans in identity. Vision flows best when you know who you’re building as, not just what you’re building.

No goals left behind, but we’re not dragging misalignment into a new year either.
