I see too many people mocking Conor McGregor now days, like he done nothing in combat sports. People forget.. He did what almost no one from his side of the world was ever meant to do. He came from the small gyms of Dublin and tore through two divisions until he became the first fighter in UFC history to hold two world titles at the same time. He knocked out Aldo in thirteen seconds, ended Eddie Alvarez with a performance so clean it looked rehearsed, and carried an entire sport on his back while doing it. Whatever people think of him now, the simple fact remains, he climbed further than anyone expected and showed that a kid from Crumlin could shock the world and change the fight game forever.
