Sometimes you’re so busy doing the work that you don’t realize someone else is noticing. 💖

That’s what made this one so special.

Voyage Pennsylvania reached out after seeing some of the work I’ve been doing through Chele Social Content, LLC and in our community, and they asked if they could share my story as part of their Hidden Gems series.

I was truly humbled.

Chele Social Content has never just been about creating posts or checking marketing boxes. For me, it has always been about people, relationships, community, understanding the story behind a business, and helping that story reach the right people.

So to have someone outside of my own circle notice what I’ve been building and feel that my story was worth sharing means more than I can say.

And I know none of this happens alone.

To every client who has trusted me, every business owner who has taken my call or sat down for coffee, every person who has referred me, shared a post, introduced me to someone, encouraged me, or simply followed along, thank you. 🤗🫶

I’m very proud to share that Chele Social Content is featured by Voyage Pennsylvania.

If you have a few minutes, I’d love for you to read the story.

And maybe this is your reminder too: sometimes we need to stop working long enough to recognize how far we’ve come.

COMMUNITY SHOUT OUT: 20 years of soup, service, and supporting those who show up for our community when we need them most.

The 20th Annual Hershey Soup Cook Off, sponsored by The Hershey Partnership - Hershey PA Chamber of Commerce, is coming up Saturday, September 26, and this is one community event I hope you’ll come out and support.

The best part? Proceeds benefit the Hershey Volunteer Fire Company. 🚒❤️

Our volunteer firefighters give their time, their energy, and so much of themselves to protect our communities. Events like this are a fun way for all of us to give a little something back while enjoying some pretty incredible soup!

And yes, Chele Social Content, LLC will be there! Please stop and say hi. I would love to see some familiar faces and meet a few new ones too.

A special thank you to Ann with Messner Publications for the wonderful event graphics and the president of The Hershey Partnership - Hershey PA Chamber of Commerce, and to John Martin Photography for capturing such a beautiful Hershey moment in the photo I’m sharing today.

Let’s continue showing up for the people who show up for us. 🥰

And remember, Community Shout Out Wednesday belongs to all of us. Is there a person, organization, event, nonprofit, or business doing something special in our community that deserves some love? Drop it in the comments or send it my way. I want to hear about them.

If someone asked AI to recommend a business like yours today… would it know enough about you to include you?

That is exactly why I keep talking about AEO.

So many business owners know about SEO, but AEO is still something no one has really explained to them. So, I’m going to explain it so small business owners can understand.

This week’s Marketing Minute breaks it down in a way that actually makes sense for a small business.

Watch the reel, then tell me this:

If someone landed on your website today, would they immediately understand what you do and who you help?

If I asked AI about your business right now, would it know enough about you to recommend you? That question has really st...

If I asked AI about your business right now, would it know enough about you to recommend you?

That question has really stayed with me lately.

I have been having conversations with business owners who have heard plenty about SEO, but when I bring up AEO, I am still hearing, “No one has ever explained that to me.”

And that is exactly why I want to keep talking about it.

Not to throw another marketing acronym at you. Not to make marketing feel more complicated. Quite the opposite.

AEO can begin with something very human: clearly answering the questions your customers are already asking.

What do you do? Who do you help? Where do you serve? What do people need to know before they decide to work with you?

The clearer you are, the easier it is for people, Google and AI to understand exactly who you are.

So this week, look at your business through someone else’s eyes. 👀

Could a stranger land on your website today and quickly understand why you might be the right person to help them?

Tell me what you find. I would really love to know.

If you missed yesterday’s Lebanon Valley Fall Fair at the Expo Center, you really missed a good one.

What stood out wasn’t just everything there was to buy. It was the people behind the tables.

So many of these vendors are small business owners, independent makers and creators who took something they love and decided to share it with the rest of us. Every display represented someone’s time, creativity, ideas and a whole lot of heart.

This is exactly why I love supporting events like this. Supporting small doesn’t always mean making a huge purchase. Sometimes it means stopping at the table, asking about their business, sharing their name with a friend or choosing something handmade 🧵 instead of something mass produced.

If you missed this one, keep an eye out for the next local craft and vendor show. You never know who you’ll meet or what little treasure you’ll find. 🪎

Did anyone else make it out yesterday? What did you find?

This Week’s Kindness Challenge 💖

I have driven past this building for years, and that American flag 🇺🇸 has always been there.

The other day, I noticed something new. My neighbor was outside adding the people and the words, “Thank You for Your Service.”

Seeing this, and knowing what tomorrow is, touched me beyond belief. 🫂

Sometimes the biggest supporters and the kindest people are not the loudest or most outspoken. They simply do things because it is in their heart.

That is what this week’s Kindness Challenge is about.

Share something kind you did this week, or something kind you witnessed someone else do. Big or small, post it below.

Sometimes we just need the reminder that kindness is still all around us.

All the details are on the flyer. 🎭🎬

Who would you bring along for an afternoon like this?

Sometimes one conversation tells you exactly what small businesses need to hear.

I had one of those conversations recently, and it made me realize we need to talk about something that is changing quickly in marketing and search.

Because if business owners are investing time and money into being found online, they deserve to understand the whole picture.

I’m breaking it down simply in today’s video. No complicated marketing language. Just something I think every small business owner should have on their radar.

Take a minute and watch this one.

When it comes to marketing your business online, what feels the most confusing right now?
