Join us for the grand opening of "Our Story, The History of Caldwell County."
This exhibit tells the story of Caldwell County through significant historical events and the moments that shaped our county.

While we were in Old Fort a few weeks ago picking up our cinnamon rolls, we also stopped to The Davis Country Store & Cafe for a biscuit for myself.

Now I didn't take the time to get a true 'glamour' shot of this biscuit because I was quite hungry, but let me tell you something --

it was delicious!

The biscuit was huge, fluffy, and the ham/egg/cheese just melded so wonderfully together.

This place is not to be missed - AND they do so many wonderful things for the community (like providing Christmas Family's Feast boxes for families).

Now, the country store side is closed this month for some revamping, but the cafe side is open and ready to serve you some delicious eats, so go!
