Choosing Miss America was the best decision I have ever made. 😭🫶 I may not have won the state crown, but I truly walked away with more than I could have ever asked for.

Prom night in polka dots thanks to Miss North Carolina sponsor An Affair to Remember! 🖤🤍

Style has always been one of my favorite parts of the Miss America experience because it lets me express my personality in a creative and fun way. Rebeca and Kathy at AATR have been with me from the very beginning, and I am so grateful to always feel confident and stylish in their designs.

4am wake up calls are made easy when I get to spend my morning with the AMAZING Fayetteville community ❤️

Yesterday I had the honor of participating in the annual Fayetteville Christmas Parade, and it truly was everything and more. Getting to celebrate the holidays while bringing a little joy to the wonderful people of this city is one of my greatest blessings.

And to top it all off, I even had the chance to be featured on the parade’s live television coverage. How cool is that 😆

Last Saturday I had the chance to dance with my studio for the first time in three years 😆 at the Southern Pines Christmas Parade.

It felt like such a full circle moment after riding and representing Moore County last year, and this time getting to bring a little piece of Fay and my passion for dance back through my hometown.

Looking forward to many more festive parades this holiday season! ♥️

It was an absolute honor to assist in handing out the awards at last nights Fayetteville Walk to End Alzheimer's celebration! 💜

As someone whose family has been personally impacted by this disease, I always appreciate any opportunity to give back to this amazing organization. Although I wasn't able to attend the walk this year, it was so special to witness firsthand the impact left on the community of Fayetteville. The people of this city truly know how to rally together for a good cause!! (we are the can do city for a reason 😉)

And special shoutout to former Miss North Carolina Victoria Huggins for all you have done for this organization and in my life!

Thank you to everyone who continues to show up, support, and fight for a future without Alzheimer's. Your passion makes a real difference and I feel lucky to play even a small part in this mission.

Best. Day. Ever!!!!!!! 🤗

I had the most incredible experience today designing my dream evening gown for Miss North Carolina’s Teen with Julie from Jovani. From selecting fabrics and stones to seeing the official sketch come to life, every detail feels perfectly, authentically Emma. 😭🤍

I cannot wait to step onto that state stage in something we poured so much love into. I have a feeling you’re going to be just as obsessed as I am!

And somehow… just like last year, the very first gown I tried on ended up being the one!
