Thursday DOB of the day!! 📖☕️

The storylines are finally connecting in Oathbound, and I am loving it! I am not getting quite the reactions from the characters that I expected, but I am still completely invested. I cannot wait to finish it because I need to know what happens next. 👀 (and because I feel like I’ve been reading this book for a month)

Classic green pants and my favorite checkered top for today’s outfit! And of course, a large coffee for the road this morning ☕🚗

✨ Midweek check in ✨

Currently halfway through Oathbound and absolutely loving it. These storylines are about to connect. I can just see it coming and I am so excited for all of the chaos that’s getting ready to ensue. 🗡️

Meanwhile, my copy of Ballad of Falling Dragons arrived yesterday and the temptation is real 😭 But first, I need to make some progress on my ARCs. This week I’m diving into Daggermouth by .wolfe and the Silversmith by and finishing up Chosen Son by

Happy Monday book besties!! 🤍 I started my first day at my new job today!! So I started my day with my favorite coffee and a cranberry butterscotch muffin 📖☕️

Here is what I’m reading this week! I didn’t get as far into oathbound as I thought I would over the weekend, but I really dove in today. The prologue in Oathbound is incredibly long, but very action packed.

Recently one thing I’ve learned about myself (or finally choosing to admit) is that I am a slow eBook reader 😂 I’m really enjoying Chosen Son, but I admit I’m not very far into it yet. I also just got approved for the ARC/ALC of The Silversmith, which I’m excited to start soon ✨

Starting ✨ 🗡️Oathbound 🗡️✨ today and I am SO excited to be back in the Legendborn Cycle world! I’m hoping to finish it before the first day at my new job Monday

I just finished Yesteryear and The Memory Police and WOW 🫠 both of these last reads have sent me for a wild ride. The Memory Police was such an interesting read and I’d love to hear your thoughts if you’ve read it 👀

Now I’m diving back into this series and mentally preparing myself for all the twists and emotional damage I just know are coming ⚔️📖

A trip to the bookstore and a little life update 📖

I GOT THE JOB!! I’m so excited to be doing social media for such an amazing company, and I seriously couldn’t be happier. Thank you to everyone who’s been following along through all the interviews and updates 🫶

I also finally picked up Yesteryear after it quickly made its way to the top of my TBR after everyone kept telling me I needed to read it. I’m also starting Oathbound, the third book in the Legendborn Cycle, and I’m so excited about it and finish the series 🗡️

We Burned So Bright recently came out, and I was lucky enough to get an advanced listening copy. I highly recommend it if you love bittersweet dystopian reads ✨

The best day of the month has come and gone yet again 📚✨ Chapters and Chats book club! ✨📚

We had so much fun discussing Fahrenheit 451 that I think we could have kept talking for hours, but we were running out of time 🤍

We welcomed some new faces, caught up with familiar ones, and had the best evening together.

We also picked next month’s theme, book to movie adaptation, and chose Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief ⚡️

I already can’t wait for next month’s meeting 📖💕
