May not mean a lot but to me it's big! I haven't been able to wear a ring in over a year. A huge issue with spinal stenosis is the inflammation it causes in your body (my entire body would throb from the inflammation). My hands and feet have been swollen to where I could hardly even wear tennis shoes. Now this isn't my bridal set. This is a cheap ring I bought because I couldn't wear my set anymore. I was so happy when I put it on my finger yesterday.

Tried a new recipe, Chicken Caesar Pizza.

Crust is ground chicken, mozz cheese, Parm cheese, eggs. Bake till crispy. Now, mine didn't get crispy because I added more cheese than it called for 😂
The topping is Caesar salad. Now it's supposed to be eaten like a pizza but since it wasn't crispy we had to use a fork. It was still pretty yummy 😋

Sometimes people, including myself, have to realize that there are things you just can't do. Meaning... I've always been so independent and don't tell me I can't do something because that just makes me want to do it even more!!!! I over did it yesterday. I thought I could take care of all the pups by myself and I did do it, but now I'm paying for it 😭 I was in so much discomfort last night that I couldn't sleep well. This morning I was like a zombie and after I took the boys to school I came back home and went back to bed. I slept till 11am 😬 Holy Moly, I don't sleep that late, ever. My body feels so worn out today and it's telling me to rest and as much as I want to get up and go go go, I can't. Lesson Learned!!!!

Update: I was able to climb in and out of my truck by myself!! This surgery isn't stopping me!!!!!💪

Not sure if anyone else has dealt with home health but so far I'm not impressed 😕 I'm working on being able to get in and out of my truck so I can go to outpatient therapy where I know I'll get the attention I need with my situation. 🙏 Here's to hoping I can climb up in my truck!
