When I tell people that I'm only home long enough to sleep, I mean it 🤣 Unless you're a single parent juggling all the things, I don't think it's possible to understand. There's no tag teaming. There's no sending one parent one way while the other catches up on things around home. It's just a solo juggling act. I'm not complaining at all. I'll take every second I can with my kiddos! I just want those who tell me that I have more time than I say I do to understand that I don't 🤣

Do y'all want a tried and true mac and cheese recipe? Good. I'll share mine with you 🤣 The key is to remember that it thickens a lot as it sits, so add milk accordingly. By the time we served it at the Court of Honor, it was thicker than I liked, but it all got gone, so I guess it was fine. I forgot to bring milk with me or I would have fixed it. I've been using this recipe for years, and it has never failed me.
