For me, the most profound privilege of this work is being a trusted safe space for men who have rarely had the opportunity to be vulnerable.

When men talk to me about health, s*x, failure or fear... I listen with the presence and love I cultivated as a father.

As an Executive Coach, that vulnerability they bring to our conversations, often does more for their leadership than anything else on their calendar.

But on the other side of all that noise?
Creativity. Presence. Success. Impact.

I no longer have the energy to just "create content."

Maybe it's the algorithm fight. Maybe AI? Maybe all the inner work I teach leaders every day.

I find a desire to be even more authentic and honest publicly than I thought possible.

Sometimes, I am a little self-conscious that I don't live up to the LinkedIn engagement equation.

But my business is as successful as ever.
What I've learned seems to resonate with the right people.

And... I'm starting to like peace.

Not the loudest.Not the most prepared.Not the one with the best argument.The one who isn't rattled. The one who doesn't ...

So what happens when you stop taking the bait?
When false drama quiets and the urgency fades?

That's when you move from reaction to creation.
That's when you focus on the real work.
That's when you actually solve problems.
