Mahalo Da Box CSA for frozen cassava in my bag. This is something I wouldn’t normally buy so thank you for getting me out of my regular cooking routine. Cassava is great as a crispy savory fritter. Yum. This cassava is from Sweet Cane Cafe.

Have you had crawfish étouffée? I hadn’t even heard of it until I researched ways to enjoy the crawfish I got from Suisan Fish Market. It’s good!!! It’s very similar to lobster!
