My Journey to Yellow Finch Enterprises 🌟

About 10 years ago, I started on social media by helping friends set up accounts, creating content, and managing pages—doing what I do now (but with a lot more polish!) completely for free. It was a fun way to use my creativity and connect, but I never thought it could be more than a hobby.

Then, in August 2022, with 5 kids (now 6!) and grocery prices skyrocketing, I thought, I need to help support my family, but how? A lightbulb went off: could this thing I’d been doing for friends turn into a business?

What started as a “little” business has blossomed into something much more! From one client to the next, I began making connections, building trust, and finding my place in social media. Now, instead of taking on every job, I’m able to say ‘no’ when needed and focus on what I love most: consulting and teaching. With a degree in education and a homeschool mom to my kids, I truly have the heart of a teacher.

Today, I still manage and ghostwrite for a few clients, but my focus is shifting toward consulting and empowering others. This journey has turned into an incredible passion, and I’m so grateful to be here.
