Harvested a big bundle of rosemary today, and now it’s hanging to dry in the kitchen. The whole house smells like a warm, earthy hug. 🌿✨

I can’t wait to turn it into homemade rosemary salt—simple, fragrant, and one of my favorite ways to bring a little hygge into everyday cooking. It’s the little things that make a home feel loved. šŸ§‚šŸ’š

✨ 80,000 Hearts in This Cozy Little Corner of the Internet ✨

My heart is so full today. We just reached 80K followers, and I’m sitting here feeling nothing but gratitude. Thank you for showing up, for reading, sharing, encouraging, and creating this warm community with me.

What started as a tiny space to share moments of life, love, and hygge has grown into something truly beautiful—and I could never have made it here without each one of you.

Thank you for being here.
Thank you for your kindness.
Thank you for letting me share a little piece of my world with you.

Here’s to more coziness, more honesty, more healing, and more everyday wonder together.

There’s something powerful about a woman who prays over her home.
Her faith becomes a covering, her words a shield, and her quiet persistence a seedbed for change.
What she lifts to God in the hidden places can transform the atmosphere, soften hearts, and shape the future of her family in ways she may never fully see.

A quiet, steady legacy—
built on her knees.šŸ™šŸ¤šŸŒø

🌳7 situations to stay silent at all costs… or so they say:

1. Be silent if you don't know the full story.

2. Be silent when you feel too emotional.

3. Be silent in the heat of anger.

4. Be silent if your words can offend a person.

5. Be silent if your words can destroy a friendship.

6. Be silent if you can't talk without yelling.

7. Be silent about your plans and goals.

I lived that way for a long time. And let me tell you—it's not as good as it looks on paper. A lot of growth, connection, and freedom get lost in silence. Speak up and let life flow. You don’t have to control where every word lands.
(And honestly… rules 1, 2, 3, and 6 are the ones truly worth keeping.)

These days, I prefer to think in terms of:
Is it True?
Helpful?
Inspiring?
Necessary?
Kind?
This simple filter makes room to break rules 4, 5, and 7 when needed.

Because silence can be a healthy habit… but so can speaking up.

Sometimes instead of shutting down, you can say:
• ā€œI don’t know the whole story, butā€¦ā€
• ā€œI’m too emotional to respond right now, but I’ll come back to this.ā€
• ā€œI need to pause before I say something I regret.ā€

And honestly—people can take offense at almost anything, depending on their history. And if you can’t speak your truth in a friendship… is it even a real friendship?

The moral?
We will never have the full story.
We won’t always say everything perfectly.
But staying silent all the time isn’t healthy—and neither is talking nonstop.

There is a time for silence, and a time to speak up.
The wisdom is knowing which one the moment calls for. ✨

Eight years ago, in one of the hardest seasons of my life, a quiet cup of black coffee held me together. I didn’t know it then, but these small, steaming moments were teaching me how to keep going. Slow down, savor and rest in him.
Funny how an old memory can still warm you today.

šŸ‚This poem by Victoria Erickson feels like a love letter to every woman finding her rhythm in November. It reminds us that this season isn’t about rushing or achieving—it’s about slowing down, breathing deeper, and letting our souls settle like leaves on quiet ground.

The imagery of woodsmoke, honey, firelight, and moss paints November as a place of softness and strength, a time when we’re allowed to rest while still holding fierce, quiet power.

It’s a beautiful reminder that even in the lengthening dark, we are learning how to live again—root-deep, moonlit, and unafraid.šŸ¤

āœØļøA strong marriage is built on the small things—
the morning greetings, the random ā€œI love you,ā€
the soft apologies and warm hugs,
the gentle understanding that says I’m here, always.

It’s the little daily acts of love that keep a relationship alive and growing.šŸ¤
